These terms govern access to and use of Zorvite, including the web application, integrations, AI-assisted support workflows, and related services.

Use of Zorvite

You may use Zorvite only for lawful business purposes and only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and the terms of any connected third-party services.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, managing workspace access, and ensuring that authorized users comply with these terms.

Connected integrations

Zorvite connects to services such as your organization mailbox provider and organization store provider only after you authorize access. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect and process data from those services.

AI-assisted outputs

Zorvite may generate drafts, summaries, insights, or recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before using them, especially for sensitive customer, billing, legal, or policy-related communication.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, usage limits, and billing terms are presented during checkout or inside the billing area of the product. Subscription access may be limited if payment fails, a plan is canceled, or usage limits are reached.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Zorvite to send spam, abusive messages, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not connect data sources you are not authorized to access.

Termination

Zorvite may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, or is required to comply with law.
