Security at Zorvite

Zorvite uses administrative, technical, and operational controls designed to protect customer support data, OAuth tokens, integration data, and workspace access.

Encryption

Zorvite uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit. Sensitive credentials such as OAuth tokens and integration secrets are handled as protected secrets and used only to operate authorized integrations.

Access control

Zorvite supports authenticated user access, workspace membership controls, role-based permissions, and least-privilege operational access.

OAuth and integrations

Connected provider access is requested only for user-facing Zorvite functionality, including reading support messages, organizing conversations, preparing replies, sending approved responses, and providing support analytics.

AI processing

Zorvite does not use organization mailbox provider data or other organization provider API data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. AI processing is used only to provide requested customer support workflows.

Monitoring and incident response

Zorvite monitors operational events, errors, authentication activity, and integration activity to support reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security response.
