Zorvite is an AI-powered customer support platform that helps teams manage customer conversations, draft support responses, and understand support performance across connected tools such as Gmail and Shopify.
Information we collect
We collect account information, workspace information, integration connection data, billing status, operational metadata, and product usage data needed to operate Zorvite.
- Account details such as name, email address, login status, and workspace membership.
- Customer support content from connected integrations when you authorize access.
- Operational metadata such as sync status, timestamps, ticket status, analytics metrics, and usage limits.
- Billing metadata needed to manage subscriptions and plan access.
Gmail data usage
Zorvite accesses Gmail data only to provide user-facing support functionality that you request. This includes reading customer support emails, converting emails into support tickets, organizing conversations, preparing summaries, drafting replies, sending approved replies, identifying risk signals, and generating support analytics.
Zorvite does not use Gmail data for advertising. Zorvite does not sell Gmail data. Zorvite does not transfer Gmail data to humans except when necessary to provide support, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to your direct request.
Zorvite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Shopify data usage
When you connect Shopify, Zorvite may process store, order, customer, product, cart, and related commerce data needed to provide support context, workflow automation, and performance analytics.
How we use data
- To provide the Zorvite platform and connected support workflows.
- To generate drafts, summaries, risk checks, and operational insights.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- To manage billing, subscriptions, usage limits, and support requests.
Revoking access
You can revoke Zorvite's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings under Security → Third-party access → Remove Zorvite. You can also disconnect integrations inside Zorvite where available.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. See our Data Deletion page for removal options.
